Sticks Investment Group acquires, owns, and operates industrial buildings in submarkets and micro markets throughout New England that have not achieved their optimal value. Sticks creates value through deliberate building upgrades, fostering and generating relationships, and capitalizing on current market conditions.

Sticks will focus on markets near major population areas and focus on population density, access to highways and roadways, high traffic volumes, and land constrained areas.

With the focus on a niche product type, Sticks will seek to generate value that has not been produced before at these properties. Through a hands-on approach, Sticks will look to make the necessary improvements and adjustments to operate these buildings in a manner that will garnish long term value and stability.
