Bob Indeglia is the Principal and Founder of Sticks Investment Group. Prior to founding Sticks Investment Group, Bob worked at the Seyon Group, a boutique industrial real estate investment firm in Boston, MA. As the most tenured team member of Seyon, Bob participated in all aspects of the firm’s growth, including the acquisition of over $500M of industrial real estate in the Northeast and overseeing a successful portfolio of 7 MSF. It is through this experience that the industrial buildings in the Sticks portfolio will achieve their optimum value. Bob’s background of being part of a small, entrepreneurial team that was responsible for implementing business plans from acquisition to asset management to dispositions will enable Sticks to achieve outsized returns for its portfolio assets.

Prior to joining the Seyon Group, Bob worked at Greenfield Partners in Westport, CT. Bob graduated from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA with a degree in Economics and played four years of Varsity Baseball.

John Nasca is Director at Sticks Investment Group, where he leads the firm’s industrial acquisition pipeline, capital-markets execution, and investor relations across the Northeast. Leveraging more than a decade of investment sales experience in brokerage and over $2 billion in closed transactions, John brings institutional rigor and deep market insight to Sticks' expanding platform.

Before joining Sticks in 2025, he served as Executive Director of Capital Markets at Lee & Associates Boston and earlier held senior roles on the capital markets teams at Colliers and JLL. John earned a B.A. from Loyola University Maryland and is an active NAIOP and REFA member.
